RML Management Team

Roger Goodway joined RML from the POPP Project in North Sussex, where he was the Business Development Officer. Prior to this he was contracted to work in Saudi Arabia, and by Sony in the UK after which he held management positions in Simon Engineering and the multi national Norsk Hydro Group. In 1991 he was appointed Managing Director of a privately owned UK division of a multi national software company incorporated in Berlin, where he remained until 2003 leaving as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. In 2004 he became an independent business consultant and assisted organisations in their development within the UK and European markets.

Matt Roberts came to RML after working in the POPP project and 20 years in the fitness industry, running health clubs in Sussex and developing a chain of seven clubs across England as well as developing a gym franchise for a major UK equipment manufacturer. In 2007 he became the Chief Executive Officer of a West Sussex based charity, taking the organisation from a local delivery to one that grew significantly and today provides services across North and Mid Sussex, while also being actively involved in consortia and social enterprise development across Sussex.

Lynne Witheyman joined RML bringing a comprehensive knowledge of administration, sales and marketing, having negotiated and delivered large value contracts with Blue Chip companies across a range of industries. While General Manager of the International Tree Foundation, she took the charity through incorporation and as corporate fundraiser for a Sussex hospice was responsible for significant income generation, setting up Charity of the Year programmes and major event management.
