How Can RML Help You?

Why Use RML

By Third Sector groups and social enteprises and indeed commercial organisations engaging in our expertise and services you will not only be benefiting from our experience in both the voluntary and commercial sectors, but you also contribute to maintaining a strong voluntary sector in Sussex by helping us provide free work for the smaller, less structured community groups who play a vital role in much that happens in the Third Sector.

RML’s surplus operational income will, whenever possible, allow us to develop our social programme and provide small, independent, Sussex based Third Sector organisations with previously inaccessible low cost or pro bono professional consultancy, helping them and us to become part of the established Third Sector support network. Simply stated, the more succesful we become, the larger we grow, the more we do for you, our clients. Our future success is something we want to share with you.

We know that a substantial number of the most vulnerable members of our community are reliant on local Third Sector organisations. Many are finding managing the organisations and obtaining funding ever more challenging, at a time when many are cutting back or even reducing staff levels in key, but often costly employment positions.

RML is a business and funding consultancy, established with a vision to benefit communities. Our CIC can provide these key skills, including business, funding and Project Management, wherever possible free of charge, to grassroots groups while remaining sustainable through charging larger voluntary groups and small to medium sized SME and enterprises for work carried out.

To support these aims RML carry out assignments for clients throughout the UK in strategic and tactical Business planning, income development, Funding support, information Technology delivery and a variety of Training modules.

The profits generated allowing our social statement remit to be delivered to those in most need.
